  I would like to thank Jennie for her customer service today. Her way of handling the situation and helping me was brilliant. I didn't meet the manager when there was a little hiccup at the register, his respond also wasn't so helpful when I heard it anyway. Jennie stepped in to helping the cashier so the problem was quickly solved for their end but how it affected me was that I was left out with a refund in my bank that would take 2 business day to be available. Since the amount that I was charged in the first place was not equivalent to my shopping they had to refund it back into my card. That is easy but I was left with not much cash for my weekend. I needed that money to be available to me right away. Jennie kindly offered free coffee and icecream for my little boy while we wait for store manager getting back from unloading at the dock, but I just had to go home so she organised a little hamper of bananas apples and tomatoes to compensate for the time I spent to solve the problem also for the fact that I needed my money so I could go to shops and grab these items . She has also added bunch of grapes for my son to eat.
